Copyrighted Material
We do not reproduce any works copyrighted by another party than the customer. These include, but are not limited to, Vinyl Records of Music, and Disney Movies. We do not reprint original artworks or other copyrighted images for the disc labels or sleeve liners we use.
Unplayable or Damaged Tracks
Analog technology is old, and as such comes with a degree of risk involved in the playback of tapes. We attempt to repair any damages with permission, but in the event that a tape is broken beyond repair, the original tape will be returned to the customer without charge. We will also refrain from charging for damaged recordings unless the customers specifies that they would like us to clean it as much as possible.
Damage Responsibility
Old Days New Ways is not responsible for damage caused to your project during the conversion process. We will attempt to repair any damages with permission unless directed otherwise.
Disc Compatibility
All discs and files we create are standard, and should function in any DVD player or computer disc drive. This being said, sometimes hardware malfunctions occur, and we will work with you to fix them; either by creating a new disc at no extra charge, or by working with you to identify the problem. We will only create one replacement disc for free.
*Windows 8 operating systems require special software to read audio/video discs. Contact us for advice and assistance in getting your DVD/CD to play on your Windows 8 computer. Other operating systems should work fine.
